| How to enter | To enter, entrants must do the following during the Promotion Period: Purchase any Eligible Product from any Participating Stores (Qualifying Purchase); and Text ‘ETA’ to 244 or go to etasalads.co.nz to enter. If entrants Text ‘ETA’ to 244 they will receive a link to enter via etasalads.co.nz To enter, visit www.etasalads.co.nz and enter your details and the last 6 digits of your Eligible Product’s barcode. Each eligible entrant must provide his/her name, address (for the delivery of the Prize or relevant documentation - this must not be a PO Box address), phone number and email address. Limit of 1 entry per Qualifying Purchase. Entrants must retain a purchase receipt for each Qualifying Purchase as proof of purchase. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter (online). Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive any entry for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions. |

| Main Prize | 1 Main prize - A cheque or direct credit for NZ$50,000. The winner may opt to receive their prize by cheque, which will be delivered to the winner’s chosen address and will require a signature at the time or delivery; or by direct credit, in which case the prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated back account. The winner will be notified by phone on 28 February 2018, based on the contact details they supplied when entering the competition. b) If the winner does not claim their prize by 10.00am NZDT on 31 March 2018, the judging panel may determine a replacement winner. b) The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of winners notification. |

| Miscellaneous | Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize value is in New Zealand dollars, based on recommended retail prices, include GST and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from gaming authorities. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and proof of purchase). Proof of identification, age, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant where it has reason to believe any entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions including failing to provide proof of purchase, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of this promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights are reserved, including the right to recover damages or other compensation arising from such conduct. If requested by the Promoter, entrants and winners (and their companion(s), if applicable) must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this promotion or their winning of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies involved this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit. The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, or damage caused to the prize during transit. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of their rights under these terms and conditions at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize or Main Event if the Promoter determine, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate or attend the Main Event. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the full extent permitted by law, to vary, suspend or cancel this promotion. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), Foodstuffs and the Promoter’s affiliates and corporate partners exclude all liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; any prize or participation in accepting or use of any prize. The Promoter accept no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from the prize winnings. The winners must seek independent financial advice on the taxation implications of the Prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants grant a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free licence to the Promoter to use and sub-licence the use of any copyright (including future copyright) in and to any entry submitted.
